Kefir Candida
im an alcoholic and drank kefir from asdas, should i be worried?
I bought some kefir because i heard it was good for Candida but when i drank a few of them i realised they contained some alcohol, some say it is up to 1 percent some say its from .002 to .05, i am really worried.
