Thrush Symptoms And Treatment
Treatment of Vaginal Thrush in pregnancy?
I’m 17 weeks pregnant and have recently got Thrush. It’s definitely thrush as i’ve had it before i was pregnant. My symptoms include sore, itchy Vagina on the outside and just inside. I’ve also got an odorless thick white discharge. What would be the best treatment? I was thinking this as it has the cream for the outside too http://www.Canesten.com.au/products/canesten-once-pessary-and-cream.php or should i go for http://www.canesten.com.au/products/canesten-6-day-cream.php ?? I read the instructions for both and i believe they are safe during pregnancy. It only suggests telling the doctor in the first 3 months.
Anyone have any advice or recommendations?
I have vaginal thrush at the moment (im not pregnant), and I am using ‘Chemist’s Own Clozole, broad spectrum anti fungal cream’, (for external use only)
It relieves the symptoms all all but it has gotten rid of it yet, and I have been using it for 2 weeks.
Try it, and I also took a tablet for the infection inside my vagina. Cant remember what it is called.
But you should go see a doctor immediately, to see if it is treatable and wont cause any problems.
You could also try natural methods, such as yogurt, salt/vinegar bath, etc, but I recommend you check with ur doctor first before you try anything.
