Sinus Candida
Need help please!!!~ i think i have Candida our a sinus infection our something please help!!!?
For the past few weeks i have been having the following symtoms some have gone away but others remain. Light headedness. fuzzy thinking. hard to focus on things. sleepy all the time. dizzyness. pressure in my entire head! like a heavy headed feeling spaced out feeling. burping non stop sometimes. aniexty like feeling. sometimes i feel like i might throw up but it goes away after a few minutes. please someone help!
It sounds like you describing a condition called ‘Brain Fog’. (Doctors call it cognitive dysfunction, but that only describes the inability to concentrate, not the physical sensations).
Brain Fog can certainly be caused by Candida, but there are also other possible causes. I used to have Brain fog from Candida, but avoiding carbohydrates helped, plenty of protein and fat is good. The other thing is just not to push yourself too hard.
Now that you are ill you maybe just can’t do as much as you used to. A long rest for both mind and body might well make a big difference.
Candida does also cause Chronic Rhinitis (chronic congestion) but what you are describing does sound more like brain fog. Its caused by the brain not getting the sufficient energy resources.
