Vaginal Discharge?

I have been experiencing what I consider to be abnormal vaginal discharge. There is no odor associated with the discharge. I have been cleared of chlamydia, syphilis, and gonorrhea. Also, I take Femcon birth control. When I received my pap smear results, it said that I was positive for Candida (yeast). My gyno had prescribed a pill and a cream as treatment, but the discharge is still present. I was wondering if anyone knew what this could be. Is it just that the medication did not work? I’m just confused because my gyno and the pap smear both stated yeast as related to the discharge but my discharge does not appear white and clumpy. It is yellow and either thin or slightly thick. I hope someone can help!

Well, you have had the tests done, and if you are not completely comfortable with the results, then go back. Honestly, a lot of times, women will dicharge during ovulation. It can be discolored. Mine has a little blood in it, but it’s just a part of life.

Basically, if you are not completely satisfied with your results, go back until you are. It’s your body, and you have to be comfortable, right?
